When you onboard with PatseanIP, we:

• Evaluate your profile based on technical domain and patent experience
   
• Match your CV with suitable patent law firms and IP consulting firms
   
• Share your profile only with your prior consent
   
• Coordinate interviews and communication with hiring firms
   
• Support you throughout the hiring and placement process

Hiring firms may engage us under one of the following models. The applicable model depends on the hiring firm’s policy.

• The hiring firm pays our service fee
   
• No charges are applicable to the candidate
   

• The service fee is 50% of the first month’s salary
   
• The fee is deducted by the hiring firm after successful placement
   
• No upfront payment is required from the candidate 

We follow a 100% transparent process. Before sharing your profile with any hiring firm, we will clearly inform you about:

• The name of the hiring firm
   
• The engagement model applicable to that opportunity
   

Your explicit consent will always be taken before proceeding further 

• Specialized focus on patent and IP roles
   
• Access to reputed patent law firms and IP consultancies
   
• Transparent engagement and fee structure
   
• No unsolicited profile sharing
   
• Dedicated support throughout the hiring journey
